PERF-A-MATIC Perforating Machine

The renowned Perf-A-Matic is more than a perforator. This versatile machine also scores and slits. Pierce Equipment's scissor cut blade design provides high quality perforators, scores, and slits on stocks from onionskin through tagboard. An automatic, bottom of pile feeder and feed table slit adjustment provide continuous professional production up to 20,000 linear feet per hour.
Standard equipment includes two perforating assemblies and one scoring assembly. With a wide range of perforator blades available and three models to choose from, Pierce Equipment has a perforator to fit your needs.

Burr Rollers:
Optional Burr flatteners, individually adjusted brass pressure rollers
(P-19 only). P Style Drive Train:
Heavy Duty Chain Drive, with chain release level. Ensures years of trouble free service. Micro Perf:
Optional 72 T.P.I. micro perforating head assembly.
