Adjust print position on the run - quick and easy. Shown with 8 heads, strike block and 3 holding rings. The 8 head setup is perfect for a 4-up ticket job - two numbers per ticket at a production rate of 40,000 tickets per hour.
(80,000 impressions) Optional micro perforating with 72 T.P.I. Assembly is easily mounted on our lift out delivery unit. Base equipped with three individual pumps for control of the pneumatics, sheet vacuum, and sheet separation air flow. All neatly contained in the bottom of the unit, for easy access.

Oscillating Roller System provides full machine width and coverage. Ability to match and PMS color. Provides crisp, clean images that meet or exceed letterpress quality. Lift out air suction feeder with adjustable paper alignment for quick registration. Strike block available in various sizes for marginal crash imprinting. Plates may be sourced in magnesium, plastic photopolymer, or rubber. Lift out delivery system allows easy set-up change with adjustable depth control for perforating, scoring, and slitting. Large 1 1/16" diameter hard chromium plated steel shafts and 2 1/2" diameter solid blades.
